Westminster Advisers helped a mid-market private equity company to conduct due diligence on the acquisition of a supplier of temporary nurses to the NHS.
Working within a short timeframe, we conducted interviews with politicians and policymakers in the Department of Health and Treasury and analysed all previous government policy announcements on NHS workforce issues and spending. We produced a final report with a risk analysis that gave the client confidence in investing millions of pounds in its acquisition of the agency nurses business
